Apart from the widespread amenities that we offer our customers while they wait in our lounge, including big screen televisions, a children’s play area, coffee, cappuccinos, sealed sweets, and snacks. We also offer courtesy transportation, courtesy pick up and drop off for our service work and even remote test drives. We take every precaution possible to ensure that our customers are also able to experience a clean and safe environment as well by disinfecting all public areas regularly as well as using proper CDC recommended processes and procedures. We communicate efficiently with our customers and maintain a consistent message that your needs are paramount.
Apart from the wide variety of measures that we go to in order to ensure our customers have a confident experience with us, we also provide the following benefits to thank our customers who stay with us.
Owner Loyalty Program: While there is not much positive that came out of 2020, we can say without hesitation that the Owner Loyalty Program which started in 2020 was indeed some good news. Any customer who purchases/leases a vehicle from Von Holzens (New or Used) receives an Owner Loyalty Card that provides that specific vehicle and customer with a total of 10 Oil Changes, 5 Tire Rotations, and an additional $500 discount on their next vehicle purchase when they turn in their card. This is our way of saying thank you for keeping your business local and we want to make sure that your vehicle receives the utmost care and quality.
VH Teleport: Another reason to appreciate 2020 was the initiation of our VH Teleport program, which provides Pick up and Delivery service for our customers within the city limits of Ashland. Whether you are at home, at work, or otherwise unable to make the trip out for your service work for your vehicle; we can pick up your vehicle, perform the maintenance, and return your vehicle to the same location without you having to be pulled away from your dedicated agenda. With the challenges we faced through 2020 it is a sorely needed process that we felt was vital to keep our customers safe and provide them with the convenience of respecting their time.
