Sales manager (Don) is extremely rude, one of the sales people, Heather made me feel like I was wasting her time even though I came in with a Cashier’s check for the full price plus taxes etc… for the vehicle I wanted. Acted like she had something better to be doing. Ended up walking away and buying a similar vehicle from Northland Chevy in Superior. Would not recommend this dealership, not professional at all.
Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in???
